Ever since I read The Happiness Project I've been looking for more books like it to further my collection. Since then, I've been practicing a better state of mind and focusing on bringing out a stronger positive energy. Doing things and spending time with people that make me happy truly create the best memories.
We all enjoy our alone time some way or another. Mine is best preferred outdoors to help clear my thoughts and get away from all the noise and unnecessary distractions. Good ol' mother nature has her own secret healing powers.
